Looks nice but this price seems way too high. I will be curious to see if it sells anywhere near the asking price.

Not that his private affairs are the public's business, but I heard that he is moving someplace in town, but feel free to ask him yourself-he is a pretty upfront guy, and no this is not dave!

Clearly you are not Dave. Dave doesn't bite people's heads off for asking a question. If a TC person is selling a home, it does become a public issue. The reason being that in the case of a sale and move from town they can no longer serve. I am glad Dave is staying in town.

I see no head biting. I don't think it's a public issue either. If you want to know ask him. We shouldn't speculate or make snarky comments.

I don't see my comment as "biting off someone's head" but rather a little bit of a pithy response to the poster who said "taxes too high". neither dave or any other member of the TC deserve to be poked like that on this forum. stick to the issues, and if you want to make a personal jab at someone, "man up" and make it to them personally and don't hide behind this forum.

I was the second poster, not the first on about TC members and taxes. I agree with your view on TC attacks. My comment was more about public or private issue and I did read your comment as equally as bad as the first one on the attack on taxes. You may not have wanted it read that way, but it did come across as biting. If a TC member is selling his or her home there is a potential public issue if they are moving out of town. It is therefore a town interest to know if they are staying in town. As I said and I'll repeat I am very happy Dave is staying.

I am sure there have been TC members who moved away mid-term for a variety of reasons. I am also sure it did cause a little bit of turmoil since unelected replacements were then sitting on the TC.

"A potential public issue" Sorry, everything is a potential public issue. You are off base here. If you want to be a gossip fine, be a gossip, but don't try to rationalize it as looking out for the public good.

You're the one making this an issue not me.

I am not being a gossip. I'm not asking where he's moving, why or anything such. I only responded to your post and your attitude. Stop rationalizing why you're responding then.

This is one of the nicest homes in Cranbury and being on Main St where the home is new and backs on preserved farm land is great. It looks like master bedroom has a balcony.
