Ok, this is a really nice home inside. We did not like the exterior, but that is a personal thing.
Here is the thing that really got me though -- why have a balcony like that and no exit to the balcony??? Broker and I double checked -- there isn't one. |

That's an interesting feature. 
It looks like the balcony's main function is the roof for the deck below. I guess you can use the windows to get to the balcony. 
BTW, how about the roof dormers? Are there rooms above the garage? |

Believe it or now, that is very common. It is considered an exterior decorative feature not a functional one. It is the same thing with the attic windows -- on most of the homes around here, they are not even real; they put on the roof first, then add them after the fact, so they don't even go through to the attic... |
