Why is it a steal? There have been other sales in Shadow Oaks in the $600's in the last few years and its not exactly like prices have started going up yet? It doesn't seem over-priced like some but what's are the comps you are using to yas this is a steal? |

I didn't realize there have been a number of sales in Shadow Oaks in the $600s. I guess I'm just out of touch with the market. My gut reaction was, "what a steal." It still looks like a lot of house for the money. |

Actually it looks like this may be right up against Old Trenton too which would diminish its sale value and unless the house and lot are much nicer it should go for less than a house on Hardley. Also most homes in Cranbury are now selling below tax assessment value, though Shadow Oaks has done better than the Cranbury average of late so who knows. |

Yes, it's still for sale and getting some very nice updates. New slate walkway in front, landscaping, and all new interior paint. |
