Dan,

Thanks for the update. While I think this is good news, I was
concerned to read "Cerra said although the league [of Municipalities] supports consolidating government to reduce the burden on taxpayers, his concern is losing protection for towns against litigation by developers established under COAH."

Any thoughts?

I think theoretically municipalities will lose protection from litigation from developers, in the short run with the economy the way it is I think there will be little litigation. Specifically for Cranbury, there will be no litigation as we have so little land available for development on the West side of 130.
