| Hi. Does anyone know what the average home price in this area is? How about the average mortgage taken out and/or monthly payment. Thanks. |

I believe the average home price on tax records is around 650K.
Mortgages are hard to provide because most people do not buy a first time home in Cranbury due to home prices so my assumption would be that you may see 20% or more down payments.
You could look at google mortgage calculator 650K and type in what you think is a down payment to get the mortgage payment excluding taxes. |
