And as Dan said. There are no future big expenses on the horizon. I guess that means that the liberty way bridge project is finally dead and the current TC moved on beyond that. |

Where did Dan say that? I read the article and there is no mention. In fact the only mention is that the surplus can help us reduce debt by not bonding as much. |
