I am saving money to buy a home to live after my retirement. I know FL is a popular destination. How about other good places to consider?

My plan is to buy a home in the sun belt region. I think Austin, TX is a good place. |

Is the cost of living high in Aruba?
I like a college town better because it offers culture events and endless stream of young people coming to town. I feel better to be surrounded by young people. |

| delaware is the place to be after retirement - great tax advantages and quality of life. Look at the lewes area especially this year. |
