You had nobody interested when you tried to sell it yourself. Then you got a realtor who lied and probably told you that it was priced correctly at $650K. Now after 6 months and probably no offers you only willing to make a 1.5% price reduction.
Are you going to wait until Octoberr to bring it down to $630K. This house will never sell for over $600K!! within the next 5 years. |
