If they had tenants ready to start paying rent, they would be rapidly building out the retail floor.
So no time soon. |

Good point - It's sort of like the larger homes issue. I believe 75% of them had to be bought before any work could start on the retail portion. |

| The Gateway Commons retail building seems to be progressing quite rapidly. Does anyone have any idea what stores other than Scotto's and PJ's Pancake house, have expressed an interest to move in? Thanks. |

| The township is not a landlord and does not own this building. There is a sign for a number to call at the site. Call that number. |
