Cranbury swears in new mayor, two committee members, at regoranization meeting
There was a changing of the guard Tuesday.
The Township Committee elected fellow member David Stout to serve as mayor for 2007, taking the place of Tom Panconi, who served as mayor for 2006.
Mayor Stout said being elected to the one-year post was exciting, and humbling.
"2007 presents another opportunity to work with, and for, Cranbury," he said. "Certainly, it will be great to work with the outstanding resources of the Township Committee, our diverse community, and our talented and dedicated work force."
