Improvement displayed in test results
The state Department of Education's New Jersey School Report Card for Cranbury School shows that students continue to perform above the state average on standardized tests.
The report, which is released annually, provides information on schools' performance on standardized tests, class size, student faculty ratio, faculty salaries and enrollment. Each category is compared with state averages.
Chief School Administrator and Principal Carol Malouf said above-average test scores reflect a strong effort from students, teachers, parents and community, as well as a rigorous curriculum.
"I'm very pleased that we continue to do well," she said. "It's indicative of a lot of hard work on everybody's part and our mission statement is to work together in partnership with the community to help children reach their potential and become productive citizens and to balance the emotional and the social, the physical and academic structures of the children."
