Holland House set for move

153-year old house to begin move on Monday.

The 153-year-old Holland House is set to be moved from the Cranbury Police Station construction site to an adjacent lot closer to Liberty Way starting Monday.

The Holland House move would clear the way for police station contractors to access the lot from both ends of the 1.46-acre parcel. The house was supposed to be moved by Sept. 1 and Township Administrator Frederick Carr said the house's present location could impede construction.
