				| I think this one is a fair deal. The owner seems to be eager to sell it. |

				| No offense to the home or the sellers-I have not seen the home so I have no idea how good a deal it is, and it may be a bargain-but how can you conclude that a 1% price drop after over 2 months on the market makes the sellers "eager to sell"? That seems like a pretty conservative price drop to me, from someone not "eager" to sell, but willing to wait for the right buyer under their self-defined terms of what is fair market. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with that...I just don't buy the "eager to sell" line. |

My reasons for the "eager to sell" are:

1. The initial asking price is fair.

2. The owner seems to be a realtor, so I assume he/she knows the market well.

3. I received a post card ad recently.

4. I saw frequent open-house signs.

What I like about the house (I have no financial interests in it):

1. location is good

2. public water

3. clean, move-in condition

If this house were listed last year, it would have been sold at the initial asking price within a month, I believe. |
