This is a great find and well worth the price. It must be farm assessed. Great views - country setting. |

This address consists of three property records:
1. One home with 1 acre lot, accessed value: $1,019,900 ($7,718, 2006 tax).
2. Farm #1: 8.481 acres, accessed value: $4,600 ($161, 2006 tax).
3. Farm #2: 21.388 acres, accessed value: $11,900 ($245, 2006 tax).
The records show the property tax for the land is quite cheap because it has two large farm parcels. |

So is this the old assessment or new? 2006 tax is ambiguous. The re-assessment occurred in 2006 but was effective for the 2007 tax year. So 2006 tax could be the old assessment, unless it was just a typo. |

I think the 2007 property tax for the one-acre home is about $15,000 ($1,019,900/68.03). The 2007 property tax for the farms is too low to be a concern if you can afford to buy this one. |

My husband drove into the farm. People were burning pigs and were eating raw meat . He said it looked like a third world country. I think that is South Brunswick. Can't believe Cranbury would let this go on. Where are the animal rights people!!!! |

WOW, I just realized this house is across the street from that pig farm... and I have heard several things about the workers. I've actually been trying to contact PETA, that place should be shut down, and I know I wouldn't want to LIVE across from that. |

That place has been there for a long time, they have sent people out to check on it and nothing is ever done. Only if people knew half the things that go on at that farm. Sad thing is, they send somoene to check and then nothing happens. |
