| I am thinking about filing a tax appeal for my 2007 property tax. Is it too late to do it now? I have never done this before. If you have done it before, would you please share your experience with me? Thank you. |

| I'm not an expert so I would suggest you consult an attorney or at least call the Township official and ask. But I do know they had a very well publicized process months ago where everyone was invited to appeal their assessment. This was before they announced the actual tax -- it was to appeal the re-assessed value of your home. I know a lot of people did it. I did too, and got a very minor downward adjustment... |
