"On motion by Mr. Panconi, seconded by Mr. Stannard and unanimously carried, Ms. Smeltzer was appointed Temporary Deputy Clerk and appointed Temporary Deputy Clerk for all future Township Committee Budget Meetings hereon.

The Township Committee discussed debt and also discussed a salary percentage pool increase and salary program. Use of the Township’s surplus was also discussed.

The Township Committee came to a consensus on tax rates.

The Mayor opened the meeting to public questions and comments on those items not on the agenda. There being no comments, the Mayor closed the public part of the meeting."
