Heating and air conditioning systems set for an upgrade.

Cranbury School will upgrade heating and air conditioning systems in older sections of the building this summer.
School Business Administrator Brian DeLucia said the school district is working with Innovative Engineering and architectural firm LAN to design new systems for sections of the school built in 1949 and 1957. He said replacement of the outmoded units, ceilings, windows, cabinets and other equipment will cost $1.43 million.
"Because the '49 and '57 sections of the building have the original HVAC systems, we are having trouble getting replacement parts for unit ventilators," Mr. DeLucia said.
