| Rt. 130 is a state road. Not too sure what the town can do about it. |

Even if the Township can't add a turn lane because it is a State road, the Township could certainly direct the Township police force to focus on more appropriate issues than proactively scouting out people who turn left off of 130 by moving to the far right first, which is in fact the safe thing to do. They certainly could direct the police force to focus on speeding and other issues before ticketing citizens doing the right thing. |

Can the TC ask the state or county for help?
If the township TC does not ask, who will listen? |

This is a known practice by the police. I always tell my out of town friends not to make a right turn there on RED passing the solid white line.
My brother in law once got a ticket for making a right turn on RED from Half Acre Rd. to RT-130 South passing a car waiting to go straight. This happened before they added a left hand turn lane there. He called me to complain about it. |
