The Middlesex County Public Health Department will be conducting a free flu clinic at the Cranbury Methodist Church, 21 North Main Street, Cranbury, on Monday, November 10, 2008, 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. You must be a Middlesex County resident at least 18 years of age.

Pneumococcal immunizations are also available by appointment only to Middlesex County residents who are 65 years of age and older and have not previously received this vaccine. For a Pneumococcal Vaccine Appointment call (732) 745-3100, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What they mean is that there is no additional cost at that time for the person receiving the vaccine. Taxpayers are picking up the bill.
