I'd highly recommend Charlie Smith. He's done work for me and my neighbors. His work is very neat as he's a perfectionist.

I think charlie smith only does heating - not cooling...
never used princeton air
cranbury comfort is good but expensive |

I've worked with all of the above mentioned.
Charlie Smith is a great guy for hot water heat systems (that is all he will service or install). He does not take care of AC or Hot Air systems.
Cranbury Comfort is VERY expensive and VERY unreliable. A simple service call will cost over $250 just to look !
Princeton Air installed my AC system. Their name was left on the unit when I bought my house. One of my AC units stopped working during a 100 degree day. I called them repeatedly - no follow up was done until two weeks later, when they eventually called back. I called Cranbury Comfort as well and they NEVER called back.
I called Ice Man Refrigeration. See (http://www.the-ice-man.com/) for details. The owner arrived 2 hours and later repaired the unit very quickly. The total cost - $160.00. Everyone that I have referred to Ice Man has been very satisfied with their maintenace and repair work. 609-921-1151 |
