24 it's not just a TV series starring Kiefer Sutherland, it is also the total number of separate appeals to COAH's rules and regulations which are currently in progress.

With that in mind here are some of the current COAH Litigation Stats….

257 municipalities are a part of COAH and at the same time there are 257 municipalities that have pledged money to the League of Municipalities to challenge COAH regulations via litigation(I hope you find that stat as amazaing as I do).

You can view a summary of the League's challenge online...

In another prominent litigation over 20 municipalities are also involved in action against COAH called the "Clinton Coalition"

The "Clinton Coalition" list includes but is not limited to the following:

Clinton Township,
Bethlehem Township
Clinton Town
Readington Township from Hunterdon County
Union Township from Hunterdon County
Bedminster Township
Bernards Township
Bernardsville Borough
Bridgewater Township
Montgomery Township
Peapack-Gladstone Borough
Warren Township from Somerset County
Watchung Borough from Somerset County
Florham Park
Hanover Township
Roxbury Township from Morris County;
Wharton Borough from Morris County;
Roseland Borough from Essex County
Greenwich Township from Warren County
Millstone Township from Monmouth County

You can view the "Clinton Coalition" challenge online...

It appears litigation and legislation are the course of action when it comes to affordable housing here in New Jersey these days.
