Last night I was at the Town hall as the polls closed and the votes were counted. There were a total of 344 voters (both parties combined).

When the votes were counted Dan Mulligan and I each received over 170 votes. I don't like to put words in Dan's mouth; but I am sure it is okay in this instance in extending our thanks and appreciation to those who voted and offered support. We greatly appreciate your taking the time to come out and vote.

This number of votes is energizing and I look forward to meeting even more residents between now and November.

All the best,

Jay Taylor
