We have a very large/heavy set of blinds (on a big window) that rely on a cheap plastic pull chain to go up and down. The chain has completely slipped the track inside the housing and made it impossible to raise the blinds or keep them open.
Can anyone recommend someone who might be able to fix this? Handyman? Blinds repair place?
Thanks! |

I'm the original poster and wanted to give an update. We had Paul at Slats and Pleats out yesterday and he did a great job. Not only did he fix the original problem of the broken blind, he realized the entire mounting had been done poorly by the previous owners of our house and was in danger of falling off the wall. He took everything down and re-inserted all the hanging devices so everything is in tip top shape. He was pleasant and his price was good too! We are even ordering blinds for 2 rooms in the house that have never had any window coverings. |

It was my pleasure Kristen. It might have been more work but I could not have left it as is. Thank you for the opportunity and the follow up order. I look forward to continuing to do business with you.
