Looks nice, but not even close to $985,000 nice for 4 bedrooms in that location. It seems like that would be near a market peak price and not a market bottom price...

Still massively overpriced. The owner doesn't seem to appreciate that the local market is down over 20% since peak for homes like this. It should be selling in the high $700's.
