Middlesex County GOP Chairman Joseph Leo is a little out of it: one of the names he mentioned as possible State Senate candidates was Cranbury Mayor David Stout, who happens to be a Democrat. Another candidate Leo mentioned was Brian Hackett, a 22-year-old college student who must age eight more years before he reaches the minimum age to serve in the State Senate, as set by the New Jersey Constitution.

That is phenomenally wierd. But Leo is on his way out of office, there seems to be little reason to kick him when he is down. |
