AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY AMENDING “AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES, WAGES AND BENEFITS FOR VARIOUS OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY PROVIDING FOR THE MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREOF, AND RATIFYING SALARIES AND PAYMENTS TO EMPLOYEES AND OFFICIALS PREVIOUSLY PAID”. a). Payment of Bills Resolution # R 04-10-049.
b). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 04-10-050– Resolution authorizing
the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Professional Services Agreements
for bond counsel services for McManimon & Scotland, LLC, and labor
attorney services for Ruderman & Glickman LLC.
c). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 04-10-051 – Resolution authorizing
the filing of a Recycling Tonnage Grant.
d). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 04-10-052 – Resolution authorizing
the Mayor and Clerk to execute an Agreement (5-years) with the
Middlesex County Improvement Authority for residential curbside
recyclables.
e). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 04-10-053 – Resolution authorizing
the Mayor and Clerk to execute an Agreement with Van Cleef
Engineering LLC for engineering services for the Township.
f). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 04-10-054 – Resolution authorizing
the Mayor and Clerk to execute an Agreement with Hatch Mott
MacDonald for “Sewer Fair Share Study” services.
g). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 04-10-055 – Resolution refunding
tax payment for Block 2, Lot 5 in the amount of $5,311.54.
