First Reading CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE #05-10-08 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY, IN MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY MAKING REQUIRED CHANGES TO CRANBURY TOWNSHIP’S CODE, § 87-6, ARTICLE V, § 87-15 AND § 87-16 (FLOOD PLAIN ORDINANCE) TO CONFORM TO NEW FEDERAL REGULATIONS (Second Reading, June 14, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.).

Second Reading CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 05-10-06 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY, COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY AMENDING CHAPTER 44, “AFFORDABLE HOUSING” OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY TO ADDRESS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE COUNCIL ON AFFORDABLE HOUSING’S THIRD ROUND RULES.

Second Reading CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 05-10-07 – AN ORDINANCE RE-APPROPRIATING $2,500 PROCEEDS OF OBLIGATIONS NOT NEEDED FOR THEIR ORIGINAL PURPOSES IN VARIOUS CAPITAL ORDINANCES IN AND BY THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY, IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, NEW JERSEY.

9. Resolution a). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 05-10-080 – Resolution adopting the Township’s “Affirmative Affordable Housing Marketing Plan” required for the Council on Affordable Housing’s Grant of Conditional Third Round Substantive Certification and Satisfaction.

a). Payment of Bills Resolution # R 05-10-073
b). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 05-10-074 – Resolution awarding Professional Services Agreements to Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas, LLP for tax appeal legal services (warehouses) and Harry Haushalter, Esquire for tax appeal legal services (hotels, warehouses, office buildings and other Class 4 parcels.
b). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 05-10-075– Resolution awarding Professional Services Agreements to Sockler Realty Services Group, Inc. for tax appeal appraisal & consultation services and Clarke Caton Hintz for COAH consulting services.
c). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 05-10-076 – Resolution awarding a Professional Services Agreement to Corner House for counseling services.
d). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 05-10-077 – Resolution awarding an agreement between Middlesex County and the Township of Cranbury for the 2010-11 Municipal Alliance Agreement.
e). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 05-10-078 - Resolution authorizing salaries, wages, benefits and fees be paid to the various Township Officials and employees of the Township of Cranbury, effective January 1, 2010.
f). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 05-10-079 – Resolution providing for the insertion of a Special Item of Revenue in the Municipal Budget of the Township of Cranbury pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:4-87 (Chapter 159, P.L. 1948) (“Obey the Signs or Pay the Fines”).

11. MOTION: Approval of F.O.P. # 68 Police Agreement.

a). Discussion with Chairman Tom Weidner, Parks Commission on Signage for Public Access Easements in Shadow Oaks Chairman Tom Weidner, Parks Commission will discuss with the Township Committee signage for “public access easements” in Shadow Oaks.

Any ideas as to the closed session "filling the township administrator position"?
