| This is a great house at a great price. If a nice young family doesn't snap this up by Christmas, someone (possibly one of the Daves or one of the Bobs) is going to be a monkey's uncle! |

| " town assessment" doesn't always match a " bank appraisal" but I think this is a fair price, and the buyer must have thought so too. Nice house! |
