I'll sell you mine for a million dollars.
Sure, maybe it's not worth that much right now, but, it will be some day. Plus, I'll need to go out and get another house nearby, so I'll nee every penny I can to get it. Only place to get an affordable house today is like...Nebraska! |

The are good deals coming up from time to time. The key is to tell a good deal from a bad one (a good deal does not imply a cheaper one).
You can start by researching price ranges in different areas in town. Each area (e.g., Cranbury Green, Shadow Oaks, etc.) has a price range. If you find a house in a good location (very important) with a good price, jump on it, or it will sell fast. So, how do you tell a good location with a good price? That's where your research comes in. |

Why would anyone care about the mailing address? It's the school or the village that draw people not what it says on your envelope. |

There are some beautiful houses on Evans drive. There are about 4-5 families all next to each other with children ages 3-12. Look at the houses right by the corner of station road and evans drive. We would love to have you in town! |

Jeff it is kind of a weird post. Unfortunately I do not think you will fit in around here. Maybe try Hightstown or East Windsor.
Garden View Terr., Princeton Arms, or Twin Rivers are probably better for you. Good luck to you ! |

Jeff,
From someone who believes Cranbury to be one of the best towns and have some of the best neighbors in the world please know that the true sediment from people who actually live in this town are not represented by the ridiculous anonymous posts you find here.
I would like to refer you back to a thread that was started on this bulletin board last year and my response to
“What makes Cranbury Great”
----------------------------
When my wife and I first meet I lived in Plainsboro. Having lived in the area we always loved driving through Cranbury. One of Marina's dreams at the time was to live here and skate on the lake with our "future" kids. This past winter that dream finally came true, we went skating on the lake with Alexander and Kristopher! This is one thing for us that makes Cranbury Great.
To me, I always have a peaceful feeling just driving through town, seeing families walking their kids to school, there are not many towns in NJ for sure that you see that. I also enjoy just looking at the historic houses, and how well the majority of our houses are kept. This is what makes Cranbury Great!
There are so many events throughout the year that makes Cranbury Special (If I miss any...sorry)
The Drug Free Fair
Cranbury Day
Cranstock
Canoe races
Camping in the park with friends and neighbors while the kids watch a movie.
Lions Club Breakfast
Our Parades
The Helene Cody Race
Historical Society House Tour
The great organizations that make up our community from the Church's, Boy and Girl Scouts, Lions Club and the Historical Society.
Our Township committee, putting politics aside not only the present committee but the past ones have made us a town that people admire. Again putting politics aside, I think the current committee makes Cranbury Great!
Our Schools and teachers. I talk to many people outside of our community who know how good our schools are and what that offers for the future of our kids. This is what makes Cranbury Great!
Our parks, we have so many nice parks in town, they are what makes Cranbury Great!
Our Police, so many of them know many residents on a first name basis. That is what makes Cranbury Great! Our volunteer Fireman and First Aid squad protecting our families on their own free time. This is what makes Cranbury Great!
Our public works department, they do such a good job at keeping our town neat and clean. This is what makes Cranbury Great!
The many business that are in town. I am sure it is not easy running a business in such a small town but they all do their best and supporting them is what makes Cranbury Great!
The Cranbury Swim Club and the Catfish Swim Team. What a great place to meet new friends (both adults and kids). Just to be able to get off work at the end of a hot stressful day and then be able to have a glass of wine with a friend and cool off. This is what makes Cranbury Great!
I hope it is OK to "toot" my own horn but Halloween and Christmas Spectacular on Main Street. Not because of what I do but because of the 1000's of cans of food and $$$$ that people donate to the local food banks. This it what makes Cranbury Great!
From My Family, this is truly what makes Cranbury Great!
Our neighbors, I cannot say more and there are far too many names to mention who fall into this most important category. I know that we all have great neighbors but none are better than mine! From helping out with the boys in a pinch, trusting them to watch our kids or just having all the neighborhood kids playing together, this is what makes Cranbury Great! With the two major events I hold each year for charity I can always count on them to help. There was a mention about me in this thread (and for that I thank you, it means a lot) but without the help that so many of my neighbors give it really wouldn't be possible...so it is my neighbors that make Cranbury Great!

That is a strange request. Why not just go to a realtor like everyone else? Good luck. |

The trolls on this site really make our community appear unfriendly. I wish the moderator of the site would start moderating and troll zapping. |

Rest assured the rude comments from a few in this forum do not represent the vast majority of real, kind people of this community.
In fact I doubt many of the negative posters are even from our town. |
