NOTICE TO ALL CRANBURY RESIDENTS
At the Monday, March 23, 2015 Township Committee Meeting, Township Planner Richard Preiss will give a presentation and discuss the Area in Need of Redevelopment (“AINR”) which is the “Cheney, Kushner & Hagerty” parcel.
This item is under “Work Session” on the agenda. Therefore, the time of the presentation will be approximately 7:30 p.m.
The meeting will be at Town Hall, 23-A North Main Street in the Township Committee Meeting Room.
A link to a report prepared by Mr. Preiss is below should you want to read the Report before attending the meeting.
Note that it may take a few minutes to download (large file).

On Monday evening, Richard Preiss our planner discuss the area on S. Main and Old Trenton Rd. - Cheney, Kushner & Hagerty” property and discuss the area being deemed an area in need of redevelopment.
Any residents concerned or interested in this property should attend the meeting to hear Mr. Priess give his report.
At the meeting we will also be adopting our 2015 Township Budget.
As always, myself and fellow committee members are available to answer any questions.
