Tom,

Thank you. These videos give us a good insight to our TC if we can't attend. In particular, I think it shows how well everyone works together and the levity at the meetings.

It also captures comments and feel not shown in the notes.

These videos would be wonderful if only the committee members and the public would use the microphones. Its hard enough to hear in person but impossible to hear on the video. The committee needs to make an effort to project their voices and to make a concious attempt to use the microphones[not push them aside]. Over the years so many people have given up going to the meetings and this is one reason why[particularly older residents].The clerk or the mayor should also instruct the public that while speaking they must use the microphoe. Anyone who looks at these videos or goes to the meeting sees that there is no effort being made to improve this situation. Please use the microphones.

I don't think the video audio is tied into the room audio system. I have attended these meetings and the mics are used and people can be heard in the room. But simple mice attached to video cameras trying to pick up amplified sound often doesn't work well unless there is a direct connection to the audio feed.

I agree with the above. I remember when the meetings were in the school cafeteria and I could not hear anything. Going to a few meetings since then I have not had an issue hearing. Unless people next to me were talking.

It would be great if the sound on the videos could be improved, perhaps an external microphone?
