Nobody really cares to check these things. This should have been noticed by the clerk days ago. Just another sign of lax leadership at a high cost to taxpayers. While we are on the subject; why are the minutes from the boards mostly fact free boilerplate. We need minutes that actually give us some information.The clerk needs to insure that the secretaries for the boards are providing us with facts not gibberish.

The error was not made by the clerk. It was made by a member of the website services company when the email notice was sent. When the error was discovered a correction email was sent out the next day.
