I hope by now you have had a chance to see the lovely wreaths on the new light poles downtown. There's no question that they are classic and classy and a wonderful compliment to our historic village.

Special thanks go out to Audrey Smith and the Cranbury Historical and Preservation Society for their generous contribution which made this possible. Also, thanks to Lee Nissen and Bobbie Marlowe who worked with the vendor to design the decorations. We continue to be lucky in Cranbury to have such committed volunteers.

Also a special shout out to Jerry Thorne and the rest of Public Works department for their assistance in attaching the wreaths to the poles. Not that any of us are surprised by this as we know we have the best Public Works department.

They really add allot of character to the downtown area. They should publicize the effort more. I think allot of residents would want to chip in.
