Found Kitten

Male kitten found by neighbor on Danser Drive this morning. Approx 12-14 wks old. White with grey/black coloring on his head and saddle on his back. He has a small tan snip on his right lip. He is wearing a collar with a bell. Very friendly-obviously got out when no one was looking. He's at the Public Works building temporarily.
