From the word on the street the Township Committee has decided that the multi million dollar Babe Ruth Field of Dreams is no longer needed. It seems they have now decided that due to changing demographics that a World Class Cricket Field would be more suitable?
The estimated costs for demolition along with engineering and hard costs should only be about 1.5 mil . It sure seems like a bargain compared to the New Library? |

| I heard it was to be demolished so the town could bring back the town dump. Centrally located it will reduce garbage collection fees and serve the residents more efficiently. |

Actually, I heard the new library is going to be built under the ball field. The subterranean building will enable the library to keep their promise to save $60,000 a year in heating and cooling expenses... good idea book worms! |
