Support the Cranbury Vol. Fire Co.
On Monday October 17th, the Cranbury Vol. Fire Co. is teaming up with Mr. Subs at 2674 Rt. 130 to hold a fund raiser. Mr. Subs will donate 15% of all sales from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM to the Fire Co. Please come out and show your support!

And don't forget about our open house on the 15th! Stop by the firehouse at 2 S. Main St. between 1:00 and 4:00!

Are you seriously questioning volunteers put themselves at risk? And doing so on a thread where they are trying to raise money to help the town by fund raising for their equipment and not asking for a tax payer cost?

This on the same site where people are complaining about tax dollars on the library and a Dunkin Donuts being approved to try and get tax revenue. Maybe you posters should get together and decide a position. If the Fire Co wasn't fund raising and trying hard to do so all this would come back on the taxpayer as an expense.

If I can avoid a multi-million dollar expense of a paid fire company and equipment by buying a sub and having dinner I will gladly do so and would encourage all residents to do the same. It's the least we can do.

By the way the Cranbury Press had an article on a large brush fire just a couple months ago. That if not put out would have burned down a nearby home in town.

Michael count my family in!!! And thank you for the open house too my sons and I can't wait.
