| One of my neighbors has decided that bringing his trash can up from the street is too much trouble and now he leaves it out there all week long. I thought there was an ordinance about this but I can't seem to locate it. Suggestions? |

Maybe you could mention it to him. Or, if he's elderly, maybe you could offer to bring it up from the street for him. |

Maybe he is unable to bring it back (e.g., on vacation?). |
