Business Development Manager
Full or Part-time job

The right candidate will work with businesses in our territory and develop long-lasting relationships within our community.

This entry level, fully commissioned, B2B sales position focuses on sales and leads to an eventual management opportunity.

You are paid the same commission rate on your entire sales every month, all year long, for as long as you are with the company, letting you build current and residual income.

As we grow and expand into other communities, the person will build the marketing team in each of those towns and earn even more while maintaining our company’s vision and high performance standards.

Motivated individuals can expect to earn $81,000 and up in the first year on the job and be responsible for selling out our $1.4 million inventory.

-Learn about our company’s background, services, and unique selling proposition.
-Achieve and exceed sales goals and quotas on a consistent basis.
-Execute the entire sales process, from prospecting and cold calling to identifying pain points and opportunities, delivering proposals, negotiation, and closing the deal.

-Participate in a variety of professional networking functions during the day and after hours.

Time Expectations:
-Although the schedule and hours have some flexibility, the main working day will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.. This position will require some evening/weekend networking activities and events.
-Daily activities:
o Prospecting
o Cold calling and setting appointments
o Meeting with potential clients to identify opportunities to gain their business
o Preparing/delivering presentations and proposals
o Following up with prospects, answering questions and overcoming objections
o Asking for the business and closing the deal
o Managing the account and upselling to increase business
