Election Information from the Office of the Township Clerk
Message from the Office of the Township Clerk:
Town Hall will be open on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3rd as a polling location only. Municipal offices will otherwise be closed.
Town Hall is the polling location for ALL voting districts for voters on Election Day where only provisional paper ballots will be available to cast your vote. Voters also have the option of delivering their own completed Vote-by-Mail ballot to their polling place on General Election Day. Bearers are prohibited from submitting another individual’s ballot at polling locations. Polls are open from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If a voter has a disability and needs an accessible ballot, he/she may call the County Clerk’s Office or may go to his/her assigned polling place which will provide access to an in-person accessible voting device on Election Day.
Voters are encouraged to deliver their Vote by Mail ballots to the drop box located outside the Cranbury Police Building located at 1 Logan Drive or any drop box located within Middlesex County. Drop boxes will close at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3rd. A list of County drop boxes can be found at

Middlesex County Voting Information Centers are currently open and are able to serve the public as information centers and providing voting services including; providing replacement ballots, signature verification, and instructions on how to participate in the 2020 General Election. Centers are open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday until November 2 and are open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day.

The Monroe Township Library - 4 Municipal Plaza, Monroe Township
Sayreville Borough Hall - 167 Main Street, Sayreville
Highland Park Borough Hall - 221 South Fifth Avenue, Highland Park
If you need a replacement ballot for any reason, you may request one by going to one of the Visitor Information Centers listed above.
