I want to say thank you to our fire company for opening their doors to allow the Winter Workshop last night it was a wonderful event for the Cranbury Girl Scouts and the children of Cranbury. The crowd proceeded to the old fire house where there was the brass band and Christmas carols led by our very own Miss K. What a lovely tradition that is back post Covid
Can anyone confirm if Santa arrived? |

The Woman’s club asked that Santa not drive through this year. I think it was for safety. With COViD and all the kids being sick in school it allowed people to spread out without the risk of getting hit by a truck coming in with Santa.
I saw on Facebook that the Fire Co is doing the Santa delivery fund raiser again this year. If people want to drop off a gift for your kids — young or old (who says a 50 year old dad or mom or 89 year old grand parent is not a kid). You can drop off gifts after 7pm on Monday night. They drive santa around town and deliver the gifts the weekend of the 17th. |

Thanks to the Fire Company for hosting the event and for doing the Santa Delivery- our kids loved that when they were of age and we still love hearing the sirens going off as the truck rides through town that night. |

Sadly due to COViD, Our kids miss sitting on Santa’s lap at the firehouse, but love seeing him come around town and an early gift from the Northpole. For anyone who has young kids and hasn’t done it I highly encourage you to do so. When Santa comes off the truck and says their name it is huge. Also, if you ask Santa, he will tell the kids he comes just after their bed time so getting them to sleep is much easier on Christmas Eve. |
