I wonder why the properties were never split up? How much would the owner want (if s/he's reading this) for just the smaller of the two houses? Splitting the deed might make it easier to sell the larger house. |

Maybe it's difficult to split up? If you can do that, then this is probably a good investment. You can live/rent one and sell another.
In any case, I think the asking price is high. |

You can live in one and rent the other even if they're not split up. I'd be interested to know how much the smaller one would go for, alone. My interest is picqued due to the whole "smaller living" movement. This would be perfect. And you couldn't ask for a nicer location--right in town, close to everything! |

The location is pretty good for a small business there. BTW, I could not find it on realtor.com anymore. It's probably gone already. |
