This one is obviously going to go for less than that because of road noise, but it will be a bargain for someone to whom that doesn't matter. Its empty, so the list price is presumably fairly negotiable. <br /> <br />There are, of course, a bunch of the same-model houses in Cranbury Green if that bugs you.
