Tennis court takes literally half the backyard. (Its a beautiful and very professional looking tennis court with high fencing and serious outdoor lighting.) Its definitely strange how it towers over the backyard. You would think an acre would be enough to have a tennis court, but apparently it really isn't. ...
A tennis enthusiast's dream home, perhaps? Because of the tennis court, the assessed value of this home is relatively high ($289k). For comparison, the assessed value of 28 Washington (asking $879,900, w/ a pool) is only $272K. The property tax could be high for this one (my estimate is around $11,000).
Inside, house is like half updated.
I guess it would be a good deal for someone with a ranked kid or something like that -- after all, the tennis court is amazing and must have cost a fortune -- but most people are probably going to want to leave the house with a tennis court thing to the truly rich. Feels like you need a lot more land to pull it off.
