Actually, professor, I was poking fun at those who complain about the gubmint until they actually need something. It was meant to be a joke, but, you kinda sucked all of the wind out of it by overanalyzing it.

I emailed the township using the Web form, but I am not sure who is responsible for fixing it. The township or the power company?
