Other acceptable items include formed polystyrene and compact florescent bulbs. <br /> <br />You may also bring your white goods (washers, dryers, refrigerators, window a/c units, dehumidifiers, etc.) at this time but be aware that personnel will not be available to unload these items. Please be prepared to unload these items by yourself or for only $10 per item, arrange to have the DPW pick up the white goods at the base of your driveway (call 395-0900x229 for details). Scrap metal (bikes, metal/aluminum lawn furniture, metal fence posts, etc.) and microwaves can be deposited into the metal dumpster at this time. All we ask is that you place the items in or near the appropriate container. Beware, surveillance cameras are watching you! <br /> <br />If you are uncertain if an item can be recycled, please call me at 395-0900 ext.229 prior to this scheduled date to ask questions.
