Dear Cranbury Residents, My fiancé and I have fallen in love with your quaint little community. I am a small-town girl from Metuchen and love the small-town feel of Cranbury. We are looking to find a place to call home and Cranbury seems perfect. Which brings us to the purpose of this post, we are interested in making a win-win deal with the current owner of our future home. We would like to make a deal directly with the property owner. Thanks, moesem@aol.com
Post subject: Re: HOPING TO MAKE CRANBURY HOME!
welcome to cranbury. i am a new resident so apparently you cannot get a win-win deal from me
. this forum got more traffic just recently so i think you may have a change to get email from the seller directly. on the other hand, i would not mind to look at the houses on this web site and call the realtor and see if they can share the cost. Also the market is not particularly strong at this time and you may have more negotiation power. Cranbury is great for her school system and great history. it is small and quaint as you expected. the only thing is there is not too many houses to select from. best luck!

Dear Cranbury Residents,
My fiancé and I have fallen in love with your quaint little community.
Thanks,
