It’s that time of year again!  Autumn leaf collection will begin on Monday, October 24th

.  Leaves must be out at the curbside by 7am for the DPW to collect with the leaf
vacuum machine.  Collection will continue each week until the last full week in
December, which is December 26th

.  During the final collection week, once your leaf pile
has been collected, do not replenish.  The DPW is striving to collect all the leaves before inclement weather arrives.
Please take care not to mix branches/chipping, river rocks, bricks, mulch or any other debris in with the leaf piles.  These materials will ultimately cause the machinery
to malfunction or even worse, cause personnel injury.  Be aware, if your leaf pile has a mix of any type of debris, it will not be collected.

Residents who live in an area where public parking is permitted, place the raked leaf piles close to a driveway entrance, near a street corner or place in an opening between parked cars.  The DPW will be able to easily access the piles for collection.

It’s a good idea to call 395-0900 *229 so the DPW doesn’t miss a hidden leaf pile.

. Collecting the raked leaf piles throughout all of Cranbury Township takes time.

We appreciate your patience during this period.  During the final collection week
(December 26th), once your leaf pile has been collected, do not replenish it.

With your cooperation and the DPW crew, our town and streetscape can be kept
beautiful and debris free!
