Optimal Exercise is starting "Small Group, Six Week" courses from November 6-December 20.
"Student Studio Workout": Ideal for 7th and 8th grade student/athletes. Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30-4:30. Learn the proper use of cardio machines, weights, and agility drills.
"Parent Studio Workout": Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:00-3:00. Cardio machines, weight training, core, and stretching.
