Look at how many people have left Monroe and South Brunswick to come here. I don’t know anyone who has left here to go there unless it is to assisted living. That shows you all you need to know.

If you want lower taxes in New Jersey then let's consolidate school districts. Do you want that for Cranbury? I think not.
That's not accurate. Bigger school systems do not result in lower costs per student or lower taxes. You can find the numbers through NJ.com and the APP online databases. Check out cost per student of larger districts and comparable smaller districts and you'll see that the consolidation argument does not ring true.
Or take a look at the Princeton consolidation. Remember they were going to save a ton of money? Their taxes did not go down as a result of consolidation.
Consolidating Cranbury with any of our Middlesex County neighbors (Plainsboro, Monroe or South Brunswick) would mean higher taxes for Cranbury.

How about reducing all the unfunded mandates the state places on towns and schools? That would save a lot of money without consolidation.

The juvenile name calling only demonstrates a lack of intelligence and the inability to reason. It also explains how the Biden Administration was elected.
By a majority? Are you saying the majority of people in this country are dumb democrats? If so then of course they won the election. And that's what should happen. Whoever gets the most votes wins. Oh wait, Republicans can only win if they have an antiquated electoral voting system. I forgot. When was the last time a first time Republican POTUS got a majority of votes?
We get what we vote for. New Jersey votes for Democrats no matter what, even when they suck. Other states vote for Republicans even when they suck. People in New Jersey vote to tax themselves to death and to ruin everything they have that is nice. Then, when it gets unbearable, they leave and try to ruin other states with high taxes and dumb laws.
The last Governor was a Republican, one of the worst we've ever had, and that's a low bar. So much for "New Jersey votes for Democrats no matter what"...

Yes rpqo your right . The election was won due to the fact the country has a majority of dumbed down Democrats that elected the Biden Administration. Yes you voted in a Personality Contest to your own detriment ( means not good). So enjoy the $4.00 per gallon gas, open borders, lack of security and the taxes that are about to be placed on you. You won!

I do think however that party affiliation is important to know as it gets into a Candidates mindset. It has been clearly demonstrated on a National level that the Democratic mindset is idealistic, incompetent and catastrophic in the outcomes of the projects they sponsor or issues they ignore. We don't need incompetence on a local level as there is more than enough on a National level.
I'm still wondering if your were born an idiot or if it was your upbringing?
The original poster has a valid point, however since you have no good response you resort to childish name calling. Typical democrat.

Translation: "I make decisions based on broad generalizations and am only capable of binary thinking, so I'll just vote based on party because I am incapable of making an informed decision based on the particular facts and positions of individual candidates or issues." Gotcha...
