This sounds like a job for Cranbury’s own Progressive Super-Zero Champion… “Pipsqueak Pat”. He has no problem threatening to harass people at their houses, in the name of tolerance!
Why does this town have such a hard on for me?
Pat - maybe if you didnt talk crap about every single person in this town. Honestly if all the people bother you so much here why do you even bother living here?
Who are all the people I’m talking crap about? Who called some one out for a topic they had nothing to do with? I think everyone in this town is racist?
Poor Pity Party Pat,
You are always playing the victim. Shortly after you got here, you joined a chorus of lies and mischaracterizations to tear down people who spent decades serving this community; and in so doing you earned the scorn of many people in this community. You owe the people you wronged a very public apology!
Um I had nothing to do with this post until attack by one of you people; I believe that is an actual victim. Again I’m being accused with hear say. I find it funny how people in this town like to attack people then blame them for you being attacked. “ Chorus of lies”, what are you even talking about? Who are these other people, I’m now lumped in with? Is this a case of you not likening my friends?
Seriously look at what you wrote: accusations and causal but backed up with hear say and an apparent conservative cabal of “local town’s people. Again it looks like you are looking for a boogie man and hay, I already said I accept.

Why does this town have such a hard on for me? I didn’t even weigh in on your petty conversation on who owns a travel trailer. Honestly I don’t care my folks had one when I was growing up.
So whoever posted this stop trying to start fights. And if you have a problem with me you obviously know where I live please stop by. You obviously don’t actually know me or anything about me so stop making broad assertions, it makes you look bad.
Pat - maybe if you didnt talk crap about every single person in this town. Honestly if all the people bother you so much here why do you even bother living here? It cracks me up. I hear all this stuff about people who moved here and then here comes all the bitching about how they are racist or this or that which is not true. If it bothers you so much why even have moved here in the first place?
Who are all the people I’m talking crap about? Who called some one out for a topic they had nothing to do with? I think everyone in this town is racist? Again you don’t know me. Your friends don’t know me.
If people left me and my family alone, there wouldn’t be an issue. It’s funny how you enjoy attacking people in anonymity (Pip-squeak Pat), safely behind your computer you can be as tough as you want to be. If I bother you so much maybe you should take Art Hassleback’s lead and move?
Believe me I have heard lots of stories about you. This guy is not going anywhere. You will eventually move on. This is my home town. Why do you think this town is the way it is? It is because the people who lived hear for years and years. We are the ones who made it the way it is. You people can just bitch about what you think people think of you. For some reason you have it in your head people are against you because your wife is black. I actually think your wife is a very nice person. I dont give a crap about skin color. Do you know how many different color (white or black) people were in this town back in the day and everyone seemed to get along. Just dont get the new people who thing all the old folk are racist. Very crazy!!
Again you are making broad assumptions and back it up with hear say.
I don’t think all old the people in this town are racist; way to move the goal post from I think everyone in town is racist. I named one person for being racist and that was based on not just racist but sexist things said by an elected official during a town council meeting; there were witnesses and an audio and paper transcript. Not that I complained on here but we were harassed by a racist county line painter who was suspended for a month while going to race relations counseling. That leaves us with my introduction to this town: My family received a poorly written, racist, threatening note, which prompted us to get video surveillance cameras at the police recommendation. We didn’t receive anymore notes (possibly because of my post or the installation of cameras) but another close neighbor with Black Lives Matter signs did get multiple similarly poor written notes, this was also part of the police investigation. By personal example I’m skeptical of the people who live here and I’ve only lived here five years. Just because you grew up here doesn’t give you sovereignty and maybe revolving towns people is what makes this place fresh, maybe I don’t plan on going anywhere, maybe this is my family’s forever home. I’ve lived in NJ my entire life, and hate moving furniture. So maybe you don’t care about skin color(which by the way is a racist trope) but there are obviously people in this town that do. I know every town needs a boogie man and I would happily accept that title. Hopefully my tale will be depicted along the lines of the Jersey Devil or maybe Freddy Kruger.

Weird reading this personal back-and-forth and having no idea who anyone is talking about, as if everyone is supposed to know who "Pat" is.
That said, knowing nothing about Pat, the person attacking Pat does seem like keyboard warrior who apparently doesn't have substantive things to say so resorts to childish insults. They reference being older, so it's disappointing they didn't emotionally mature beyond that childish instinct. If you want. anyone to listen, at least list specific grievances. Or have the dignity to sign your name if you're making a personal attack.
Have a nice day.

Add that to the illegal driveway cut that was done where the town did not enforce that rule either.
So who enforces this code? Looks like there is no way he is following this. There is not enough room in his illegal driveway to fit that thing.
Not sure where you are getting this illegal driveway cut crap. It’s a county road and the county approved it. End of story.

This entire post is absurd. Neighbor against neighbor would not have occurred 20, 30, 40 years ago. We were one small town looking out for each other. Now we seem to have people looking to cause grief and aggravation. The folks you are talking about are really good people. People move to Cranbury for many reasons. One important reason was once the friendly nature of Cranbury regardless of who you were. Wish we could get that town back.

Just wish the TC and planners that approved this and had their hands in that (Glenn, Jay, Dan) over the years would have had a little bit more foresight. Other "organizations" applied to build on that piece of land, but some people apparently were against it.
RV doesn't bother me, the truck traffic on a Rt 130 bugs me, and there is nothing really we can do other than build the bridge across the wetlands, which may cost $20Million by the time it gets going and is finished --- if ever.
Neither the Planning Board or TC have discretion to just deny applicants because they don't like the project or their opposition to it. They can try, but it's a great way for the Township to get sued and waste hundreds-of-thousands in legal fees being reversed, which is what has happened before and usually does. If the use is consistent with the zone, which can't be site-specific, mostly the planning board is confirming everything is consistent with our codes and considering minor variances for parking or signage, which can't be legally withheld if there is a reasonable hardship or reason for them. This notion that these boards or committees can just. say "we don't want a truck service station here so we'll say no" is total fiction. And I have no idea what you mean by "other organizations" applying to build on it. It was sold to Penske by a private owner who was legally entitled to sell the the highest bidder, or any bidder he pleased.
The zoning itself that made all this possible was set several decades ago. If you want to find a time machine and complain to that planning board or TC, go for it. But their decisions are one of the reasons we have one of the best ratios of home values to property taxes in the county.

You clearly don’t understand how planning works. Towns can’t zone for one piece of land individually. The entire zone (area) has to be one way and that was done well before the TC members you cite. Once it is zoned an applicant goes before the Town planning or Zoning Board not the TC for approval. If people applied to build on that land they would have been first before the planning and zoning board. Show us where the planning and zoning denied other uses. And tell us what those uses where.
